How It Works

I am a Nurse Consultant for experienced nurses, with a focus on nurses age 55+. I also developed a structured role designed framework for nurse retention.

This is not a 200-person research study. It’s a 20-24 person Proof Pilot built to show directional outcomes and operational feasibility so your leadership team can make a confident scale decision.

We establish a baseline of your key pressure points such as:

We enroll a small (20 - 24) voluntary group of age 55+ nurses. Using clear criteria each nurse is assigned a tier operational support plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Transparent manager and nurse guardrails are established, measurable outcomes are tracked, and a midpoint report is delivered to inform any necessary pivots. The pilot concludes with a final report and a recommended scale-up plan.
