If you are a nurse or healthcare worker 50+, you already speak medicine. What you may not have is someone who truly speaks you.

When we work together, you have a private, nonjudgmental place to lay it all out. I understand the extra layer of pressure for healthcare workers.

I became an advocate to give people like you a place to organize the medical details while also making room for the grief, fear, anger, and hope that accompany both short-term and long-term illness.

The goal is to turn all of that into clarity: clearer words, clearer options, clearer next steps. You have value. I want you to walk into your appointments feeling seen, prepared, and steady instead of alone, ashamed, or overwhelmed.

Navigate with support

A private, nonjudgmental space to process what you're going through medically and emotionally.

Susan Adair, BSN RN Founder

My name is Sue Adair.

I am a registered nurse with 28 years of experience. I'm glad you are here. Let me tell you a little about my continued journey with nursing.

Like many nurses, I spent my career showing up, doing the work, and investing deeply in my patients. Nursing is demanding, but it carries dignity. There is meaning in being competent, reliable, and trusted to care for people during the hardest moments of their lives.

Over 28 years, I worked full-time through chronic medical conditions and the accumulated physical and mental effects of long-term nursing. Eventually, it became clear that I would have to continue my career away from the bedside and that was not the way I had planned.

That reflection brought clarity. I began to see that experienced nurses who bring real physical and cognitive changes over time are working within systems that have not evolved alongside them. They leave not because they have nothing left to give, but because the work no longer fits.

Frame 285 (1).png

The focus is on continued contribution as careers change.

I help nurses aged 55 and older name what has changed in their work capacity, and to evaluate next steps in their careers with dignity, clarity, and a realistic path forward.
