Consulting With Sue

I am a registered nurse with 28 years of clinical experience who had to pivot away from bedside work and continue nursing in a different direction earlier than planned. That experience brought clarity about dignity, usefulness, and how nursing roles need to change over time. I now help nurses who feel stuck, worn down, confused about options, and fears of failure, etc. I help nurses identify realistic, respectful ways to keep contributing without losing themselves in the process. If work feels heavy and unclear, I can help you sort through what comes next.
